Started The CREATE Foundation a charitable trust on 8th April 2002 (Children’s Research in Education Arts & Theatre Endowment) in loving memory of Pearl Padamsee and Alyque Padamsee.

An inclusive world where every child irrespective of his/her challenges and economic background has access to equal opportunity to become productive members of society.
Mission
To empower and educate children from marginalized backgrounds with leadership, teamwork, self-confidence and communication skills through the medium of drama and the creative arts.
Her Mission
The basis of her work with children is to provide a forum where they can discover and express themselves creatively and freely as individuals. Only then can they go on and make a difference in whatever avenue they pursue as adults. “Attitudinal change can be brought about by educating our children effectively.”

Habitat for Humanity
She is an integral member of the core group of Habitat for Humanity.
Humanity’s WOMEN BUILD India (WBI) initiative, calls upon women leaders and achievers to empower women in need through access to decent shelter, sanitation, provision of water wheels, access to education and skill development. The homes are registered in the name of the woman of the house to give her dignity and security.
